Empowering Students to Build AI-Powered Solutions That Solve Real Problems

Excitement is building as Joget and Chitkara University team up again for another groundbreaking event—the CodeLess AI Hackathon! Set for September 27 and 28, 2024, this 24-hour challenge is all about creativity, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with low-code and AI technology. 

The CodeLess AI Hackathon is a part of the broader Joget EIE (Education, Innovation, Entrepreneurship) program, which focuses on growing the community, nurturing talents, encouraging creativity, and promoting entrepreneurship.

 

From Blockchain to AI

When Joget and Chitkara University collaborated last year, students took on blockchain—a technology reshaping everything from finance to supply chains. Now, we’re shifting gears to focus on generative AI, a technology making waves by helping people create everything from apps to art using simple prompts. 

Our goal? To inspire students to think beyond boundaries and demonstrate how accessible and powerful these technologies can be. This aligns with our Joget EIE program, where Chitkara University is our valued partner.

 

AI – What’s All the Buzz About?

Generative AI might sound like something from a sci-fi movie, but it’s already a big part of our everyday lives. It’s what powers tools like ChatGPT, creating everything from essays to software code with just a few instructions. 

Imagine describing the app of your dreams in a sentence and watching it come to life. That’s the magic we’re bringing to this hackathon. With Joget’s easy-to-use platform, students can harness this technology to turn their ideas into real, working apps in no time.

 

Creating Apps, Not Frustration

Building apps usually require extensive coding skills, but Joget is here to change that. Using our platform, students can create complex applications through a simple visual interface—no deep coding knowledge is required. 

With Joget AI features, like the Generative AI App Generator, you can go from concept to reality in a matter of minutes. Just tell the app what you need and let the AI do the heavy lifting. It’s like having a tech wizard on your team!

Joget also offers additional Generative AI plugins to streamline development even further. The AI Writing Assistant helps with simple message writing, the Code Snippets Builder generates specific code, AI Live Chat integrates ChatGPT directly into the platform, and the AI Form Fill Element simplifies form handling. These tools make app development intuitive and accessible for everyone, bringing big ideas to life faster and easier than ever.

Mentorship, Learning, and a Little Friendly Competition

And for those who like a bit of competition, the top 10 teams will get to present their projects to a panel of judges, with the chance to win cash prizes and, of course, bragging rights.
